How Your Order Gets to You
Order Confirmed
Once your payment is accepted, your order details are recorded and prepared for fulfilment.
Printed to Order
Your T-shirt is produced by our printing partner. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Dispatched & Delivered
After production, your order is handed to a delivery carrier. Tracking may be provided where available.
Where We Ship
InkSmart serves pet lovers in supported international destinations. Delivery availability depends on the products, fulfilment arrangements and shipping services available for your address.
Shipping availability and cost are confirmed at checkout. Enter your delivery address to see whether we can deliver to your location and the shipping charges applicable to your order.
Delivery Times
Total delivery time includes both production and transit. Delivery estimates vary by destination, product and carrier.
Public holidays, customs processing, carrier delays and busy periods may affect delivery.
Any estimated delivery date is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date, unless expressly confirmed otherwise. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Where tracking is available, details may be included in your shipping notification. Carrier tracking can take time to update.

If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once fulfilment has begun.
